He has built a solid business by focusing on quality, purpose-driven leadership, and strong relationships with clients and employees. Involved in every area of the company, from strategy to daily operations, Leandro believes people are the foundation of success and values commitment, unity, and care within his team. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and cherishes family time, finding balance and inspiration in both.
