Our Journey

Founded by Leandro Falcao Mendes Santana and Taciane Batista, our company was built on experience gained through major projects such as Service Credit Union and Porsche Dealership. These early opportunities refined our expertise and reinforced the value of quality service.
Since then, we have grown steadily, expanding our client base and building a diverse portfolio of more than 40 clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Leandro is the Owner and CEO of Global Cleaning Services, bringing over 16 years of entrepreneurial experience to the company. He has built a strong and respected business by prioritizing quality, purpose-driven leadership, and meaningful relationships with both clients and employees. Actively involved in every aspect of the company, from strategic planning to daily operations, Leandro believes that people are the foundation of success. He values commitment, unity, and genuine care within his team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Outside of his professional life, Leandro enjoys cooking and spending quality time with his family, finding balance and inspiration in both passions.

She is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, financial planning, management reporting, and providing strategic support to the executive team. He is a Senior Operations & Supply Chain Executive with over 30 years of expertise in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and demand and supply planning. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong expertise in identifying process improvements, optimizing operational tools, and developing efficient supply chain strategies that enhance performance, reduce costs, and strengthen operational resilience. Recognized for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership style, he consistently drives results and delivers measurable business outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

She is a Human Resources Manager with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and a degree in Electromechanical Engineering. Her career has been focused on aligning people with organizational goals through strategic HR practices and strong leadership. Having lived in the United States for five years, she brings valuable international experience in organizational development, leadership, and human resources management. At Global Cleaning Services, she leads the HR department with expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and organizational culture. Passionate about travel, family, and cooking, she values building joyful and meaningful connections in both her personal and professional life.
